Since 2001, programs at Ketcham Woods have fostered leadership development and team building experiences for thousands of participants. Ketcham Woods, located 2 miles south of IN 18, offers an appealing setting including a small pond, creek, 2 pavilions, and 70 wooded acres. In this inviting environment you will find over thirty low ropes initiatives strategically nestled in the woods; designed to create a sense of solitude for your team while they develop new approaches to leadership, development, problem solving, decision making, and strategic change.
Ketcham Woods is also home to CAL’s paintball field.
Key Outcomes:
The experience is designed to give participants renewed confidence, a sense of teamwork, unity within their group, and enhanced communication skills.

Participants are encouraged to take reasonable risks which are essential components in the development of appropriate self-esteem. Botany Glen is designed to be physically challenging, but not physically impossible. Participants are active members of the team building experience through our philosophy of “Challenge by Choice”.
