Lynette Voss Director of Center for Adventure Learning Lynette oversees the development and implementation of experientially based adventure learning initiatives for CAL, and serves as the chief facilitator for team and leadership development programs. Lynette has facilitated a wide variety of programs including corporate populations, school and university students, faculty and administration, and train the trainer programs for aspiring and growing facilitators. Lynette is a firm believer that adventure based training programs encourage and enhance long lasting relationships built on the necessary foundation of trust, effective communication, and leadership. With a BS in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MS in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Outdoor Pursuits Recreation from Aurora University, Lynette is excited to put her expertise to use to help your organization grow in trust, communication, and leadership. Lynette also serves as an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University in the Leadership, Recreation Management, and Physical Education programs. In her spare time Lynette loves remodeling her Storybook House, baking, snowboarding, rock climbing, backpacking, and couchsurfing. |
